Carrick on Suir railway station serves the town of Carrick-on-Suir, South Tipperary in Ireland. The station opened on 15 April 1853. [1] It has a weekday passenger service of three trains to Limerick Junction and three to Waterford. There is no Sunday service.[2]The station consists of two platforms, one of which is served by a passing loop. There is also a siding, used by the Irish Traction Group to store preserved diesel locomotives.
